Great place for extended families to stay together.
Positive: I love this location - easy access to downtown SLO and Cal Poly; close to shopping and restaurants of Madonna Rd, and Trader Joes. Properties are always cleaned and well maintained.
Negative: Limited parking for more than 1 car (or having an in-town visitor).

Be aware this is a trailer park
Positive: The unit was clean
Negative: It was in a crowded community of trailers. Although we had dedicated parking, someone at the community used our space. They also played music very late in the night. It was noisy and the eucalyptus smell was strong and smelled like cat pee. Would not stay again nor recommend.
